#56- Keystone Habits: Making Habits Work For You

It’s no secret. Our everyday, ordinary habits form us…for better or worse. We’re pretty aware of our bad habits, so let’s chat about a new way, a better way. Keystone habits shape us in the best way possible- from the inside out.

Join me in our series, Habits That Work. We’ll chat through how to build strong, keystone habits as we continue with Paul’s words in Romans 12:1-2.

"But here’s the trend I’ve found to be true in my rule of life. On days I reached for my phone first, my day drastically aligned itself more toward anxiety, comparison, or envy. Despair, anger, or judgment flooded my early morning thoughts. The days I began with the Word, BEFORE grabbing my phone, my heart was in a dramatically different place. Coincidence? Paul submits that it is not. Our first moments of waking are some of the most powerful moments of formation. My brain became cluttered with what I saw, read, or noticed undone on my phone.”
